No Thermal Bridging

We understood that one of the issues with a traditional Structurally Insulated Panel is the issue of how do you we get the wires and pipes in the wall if its completely filled with foam or polystyrene? This is why we found it very important to work with our manufacturer to develop a raceway or chase that is located 12 inches up from the bottom of each panel to allow for easy routing of all electrical wires and plumbing piping.
