Save Time and Money; Learn how to build a tiny house faster

Time, money and efficiency were all important when we sat down here at Titan and engineered the most sophisticated wall system the tiny house industry has ever seen to help build a tiny house easier. It was important that we focused on system that is a simple as 1, 2, 3. Each tiny house wall kit is comprised of about 23 panels which are all labeled numerically which make figuring out how to build a tiny house much better.  Each panel is only 4 feet wide and weights on average about 35 pounds.   By designing a system that allows for a simple numeric assembly and also lightweight construction each home can be assembled in about eight hours with 2 to 3 skilled workers. Being that the polystyrene core of the panel is the insulation there is an additional 10 to 15 hours saved on insulating each Tiny Home trailer. Between the cost of additional labor to both frame and set hey traditional wood framed tiny house and then insulate and then wait for the insulation to dry if it's spray foam these three stops are illuminated and save on average 20% of your overall costs but more importantly this wall system speeds up efficiency and allows you to produce more homes at a higher quality anymore efficient rate if you are a Tiny Home Builder. If you are a DIYer and are looking to build your own tiny house sometimes the most intimidating part can be the tiny house trailer selection and also the framing of the walls think of it like a canvas if we can build you the best canvas then your work of art will last forever so allow us to be the assemblers and you be the artist and create a masterpiece you've always wanted knowing that the framework that's behind it, will last forever.

Helping Others

Helping other DIY and professional tiny house builders answer the question how to build a tiny house easier and faster is something we hold close to our mission of revolutionizing the industry. We know that if we can solve the issues surrounding how to build a tiny house for us here at Titan and then share what we perfect with the rest of the world we know that we are on the correct path to being the leading innovator of the Tiny House World.  One of the major issues when others have tried to build a tiny house is by using wood and other combustible materials.  That is why it was very important for us to design a wall system that would stand up to fire for more than two hours before burning through.  Also making the walls ultralight would ensure answer to question of how to build a tiny house faster would become something that would be automatic.

Hurricane Approved

Our wall system is not only the fire resistant and super light.  It is also the absolute strongest way of how to build a tiny house.  This wall system has been passed for Hurricane and Projectile Protocol approved by Miami Dade County, Florida   Seismic - 9 Richter Scale tested and approved internationally.  Making these walls to be able to withstand some of the worst conditions on the earth will ensure that you will have a home that will last well into the next century.

No Thermal Bridging

One issue that has been known if you build a tiny house with steel studs is the issue of thermal bridging.  We have completely eliminated thermal bridging from the steel building process by creating an inner steel stud wall and an outer steel stud wall that comprise a wall that is two walls inside of one.  By building a wall that is two walls (inner and outer) in one the outside temperature and inside temperature are not able to come in contact with one another thus preventing thermal bridging.

Molded Electrical and Plumbing Chase

We understood that one of the issues with a traditional Structurally Insulated Panel is the issue of how do you we get the wires and pipes in the wall if its completely filled with foam or polystyrene?  This is why we found it very important to work with our manufacturer to develop a raceway or chase that is located 12 inches up from the bottom of each panel to allow for easy routing of all electrical wires and plumbing piping.

Our Promise

Our promise to you is that we would never sell a product or process that we do not believe in ourselves.  Further more we know that there is no other wall system on the market today that can offer the R-value, Strength, Fire Ratings and Wind resistance as our wall system.
